CVCV Apraxia Books and CVCV Practice Cards speech therapy activities for apraxia and articulation. This activity includes 2 books targeting CVCV words and CVCV practice cards (CV1CV2 & C1V1C2V2). FUNctional for your students and easy for you to target specific words with. This is a great activity that can be customized to target individual needs. Choose targets from the book or cards to practice. Make books individualized to the student's targets.

As an SLP who specializes in Childhood Apraxia of Speech, I designed this for my clients and students to practice targets through literacy. Using targeted sounds in a fun activity can support carryover while also working on literacy skills!

Book 1 CV1CV2: This book targets CVCV words with repetitive consonants and a vowel change. There are two practice pages per target word. The first uses a short phrase with function or action-based sentences. The second page for each target word is a counting page. Book 1 also includes a holding page that can be used as a counting activity. Designed for practicing at the word level or building utterances.

Book 2 C1V1C2V2: NEWLY UPDATED: The second book targets C1V1C2V2 words with vowel and consonant changes. There are 4 pages per sound target for multiple repititions. Designed for practicing at the word level or building utterances. Choose 7-10 targets per child to personalize their book!
